I have another Fitness Friday post and I am soon exhausted. This week I worked out at 24 hour fitness for three days. I don’t have a membership there because I was trying out their pass, to see what classes I may like and if I would interested in actually buying.
I’m so glad I did 2 days I took their pilates class and the other day I took their bootybarre class. Let me tell y’all these classes were intense but they were fun at the same time! The workouts that I participated in prior to 24 hour fitness were just fast walks around the block, and running/ walking on the treadmill.
Now because of the intensity of the work outs I was in a bit of pain for the rest of the week and part of this week, but thats ok. I got this super cute ice pack shown in my pictures, love the abstract black and white along with the flamingos. I have to ice my knee for about 10 mins after I am done with my work out. But hey no pain, no gain.
I love this Polar fitness watch it tracks my heart rate, calories burned, time and has a timer. This is such a great starter fitness watch, but I have really been having my eyes on the Apple watches, especially this rose gold one lately. Lets see if I can beg my boyfriend enough to buy me one hahah.
